formerly known as Alina/Alle.

This is an extremely summarized archive of my portfolio
from 2007 onwards.

2007-2013

Worked as Web Designer in 3 various companies. My toolbox included HTML, CSS, Flash and Photoshop. Later added Illustrator.

2013-2022

Self-employed. My projects were either successfully sold, closed or sometimes not published. I still have drafts that were never finished.

Most of my projects were WordPress-based and several were ecommerce type using Easy Digital Downloads and WooCommerce. My toolbox and competences expanded significantly as I gained hands-on experience in various roles.

During this time I went through 3 relocations, 2 hardware storage failures, one temporary unofficial name change to Alle (2022), one official name change to Arne, one surname change and one gender change. That makes it difficult to attribute my old work.

    Sadly the new owner destroyed it and turned it into spam. Link goes to the Wayback Machine showing the website in 2022. I don't recommend visiting the website as it currently is.
  3. Visual Coffee - closed down but mysteriously online
    This one is a mystery. Someone scraped my website, bought the domain after I let it expire, and it's maintaining a clone of it. I don't understand why. They could've reached out to me if they liked the website.

Problem 1
Mina Sidor (My Pages) is redundant. It navigates users to the login page — a flow that is also mirrored by the presence of a login button.
Solution
Ensure a clear presence of Logga in (Log in) and Bli medlem (Sign up) and remove Mina Sidor (My Pages) from the interface.
Problem 2
The Logga in (Log in) and Logga ut (Log out) options are placed right after a search form (Sök i Uppgiftsbanken) that lacks a clearly visible search button. This proximity can lead to confusion, potentially prompting users to mistakenly click on them as if they were the search button.
Solution
Logga in (Log in) and Logga ut (Log out) will be transitioned from primary buttons to navigation links. Bli medlem (Sign up) will be styled as a call-to-action with the design attributes of a primary button.
Problem 3
Account pages are mixed with logged out public pages.
Solution
Relocate account-related pages to the right side of the primary navigation. Left side will be reserved for non-account-related links. Make Mina sidor (My pages) stand out, without being styled as a primary button.
